Account access
Recover your password, or open your account to verify your email, sign out other sessions, download your data, or delete your account.
A layer or target is missing
Check the selected date, source age, and coverage in the layer details. Historical days may have gaps. Try the latest date, another available source, or refresh once. A blank layer means data is unavailable; it does not mean the water is safe or unproductive.
A trip did not save
Keep the draft open and retry when your connection returns. A successful save must be confirmed before leaving the page. Export a trip brief or GPX as an additional copy before heading offshore.
Report a problem
Include what you were trying to do, the selected date and species, your browser/device, and the error message. Never send passwords or recovery links. Remove private fishing coordinates from screenshots unless you deliberately want to share them.
For help during the beta, contact the person who invited you to Nereid. If password recovery is temporarily unavailable, ask your beta administrator for help with account access.
